How the Network is run

Each Member shall have a key representative, who will be the point of contact for the Member. Each Member commits to joining and funding CO2NET® for the period to 31 December 2011. Additional contributions are welcome and sponsorship will be recognised.

With a view to building the optimum seminar agenda, each Member undertakes to keep the Secretariat informed of CCS developments/projects/studies in which the Member Company may be involved, subject to protection of the Member's reasonable business interests and / or confidentiality undertakings.

Management Board

The Network is run by a small Management Board of fully paid up Large Company and Standard members; the chairmanship of which is expected to rotate each year. This Board appoints a Technical Planning team of members to decide the content of the seminar. The Annual General Meeting for the Members will be included in the Annual Seminar. The Board meets once or twice a year as required.

Secretariat

The secretariat service is provided by Technology Initiatives Ltd. The Facilitator provides the following network services:

• Organisation & management of annual seminar
• Management of members' services
• Coordination of cross network collaboration
• Network administration and financial auditing
• CO2NET® website management services

The secretariat attends the Board meetings and records Forward Actions in a non voting capacity. It supports the activities of the Board, the Members and ensures the smooth running of the network and CO2NET® sponsored events.
