MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS

Following a further successful three year programme from 2009 to 2011 and an impressive response from existing and new members, CO2NET® plans to continue and has a further 2-year outline programme planned for 2012 through 2013. Existing and new participants are invited to participate for a further two years. NB: Only those who responded positively to the invitation by 31 December 2011 are entitled to receive the “early bird” discounts, that were proposed.

Membership fees for this new programme are defined below + UK VAT per organisation, payable in advance. Benefits included are as follows:

Dissemination Activities, as proposed for 2012 and 2013

The Membership Fees include attendance at one Annual Dissemination Activity.

As appropriate, the Member agrees to give presentations at CO2NET® Dissemination Activities on such CCS developments/projects/studies in which the Member may be involved, subject to protection of the Member's reasonable business interests and / or confidentiality undertakings. Guests may be invited to give presentations.

CO2NET Website

The Member shall have the right to access the CO2NET® website with access for all relevant personnel worldwide. The CO2NET® Facilitator will endeavour to see that the information provided by CO2NET® is kept as up to date as possible.

The Member undertakes to provide data and articles to the Facilitator from time to time in relation to CCS technologies, where such information is not subject to any confidentiality undertaking within the confidentiality provisions of joint operating agreements or other agreements. 

The Member agrees to participate actively in the CO2NET® information exchange environment, wherever and whenever possible. Confidentiality on proprietary information will be respected and upheld by the Facilitator, the Webmaster and the other Members.

Additional activities may be decided and funded separately.
